1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is made. All sales are final. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Corrupt or Non-Functioning Files: If the downloaded files are damaged or do not work as intended, please contact us, and we will send a replacement.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, reach out within 24 hours, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
3. Lost or Missing Digital Downloads
If you did not receive your download link, please check your spam folder or contact us at twitchoverlayvip@gmail.com, and we will resend it.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within the same day of purchase. Once the files are downloaded, cancellations are not possible.
